My little Man

I have a little puppy named Lincoln. Ok so he is not a little puppy any more he is more like a little man. Haha. So I made Lincoln a bow tie because he begged me. Here it is:

Doesnt he look cute? Haha so here is the pattern:


Starting with the bow:


With a size H hook and worsted weight yarn:


Chain 10
In the 3rd chain from hook Dc. DC until the end of the row
DC 4 more rows.
Here comes the tricky part at the end of the 5th row start crocheting in rounds.

Do not turn your work. Make another dc in the same spot as your last one.

You are now working a row of dc down the length of your rectangle, do this by placing a dc in the end of each of the previous rows.

When you reach the end, work 2dc into the ‘corner stitch’.

Work a row of dc into the other end of your rectangle.

Then 2dc into the next corner, and work along the final side of the rectangle.

Tie off.

Now Switch to a size N needle and pick up two different colored worsted weight yarns.

Holding 2 strands together:

Chain as big as your dogs neck.

DC 1 row

Tie off.

Weave or sew the two ends together to create a circle.

Now with size H needle and 1 color of worsted weight yarn

chain 8 DC 2 rows

Tie off. Wrap that around the bow and the collar type thing and sew the two ends.

Weave in all ends!

Easy Peasy Armwarmers

Ok heres the easiest pattern for armwarmers!

Size N needle
worsted Weight Yarn

Ch 15 Join in round
Ch 2 DC around
Ch2 *DC in first stitch ch 1 sk 1* Repeat around and for the next 5 rows
Ch 2 Dc in first stitch dc in ch 1 space repeat around
Ch 2 DC 3 CH 3 SK 2 DC around
Ch 2 DC 3 DC 2 in chain 3 space. Dc around
Tie off Weave in ends

Thats it!

Kuki's Yoga Socks

I decided to make my little sister Kuki some yoga socks to match me. So this is a pattern for a 6 year old but she is the size of a 4 or 5 year old.

Size N Crochet Needle

2 Colors of Red Heart Super Saver Yarn

Pattern

Ch 13 Join in circle with slip stitch

1-5. Ch 2 HDC Around Slip stitch in first HDC

6.Ch 2 HDC 1 CH 6 SK 4 HDC Around

7. Ch2 HDC 1 HDC 4 IN CH 6 Space HDC Around

8. Ch2 HDC Around

9. CH 2 HDC 2 HDC 2TOG HDC Around

10-11. CH 2 HDC Around

Tie Off

Weave in Ends

I wanted some warm but airey socks if you know what I'm saying so I created these:

Pattern:

Size N Crochet Needle

2 Colors of Red Heart Super Saver Worsted Weight Yarn

Holding the 2 Strands together:

Chain 20 Join into a cirle with a slip stitch.

1. Ch 2 HDC Around

2-7. Ch 2 HDC 2TOG HDC around

8. Ch 2 Hdc 1 , Chain 10 Hdc in the 6th hdc so basically you skip 5 stitches. HDC Around

9. Ch2 HDC 1 HDC 6 in the chain 10 space HDC Around

10. Ch 2 HDC 2TOG HDC Around

11-17. Hdc Around

Tie Off.

Try on if the top is too big here is what you do:

Join Yarn at Top

1. Ch 2 HDC 1 HDC, 2TOG,*HDC 3 HDC2TOG* Repeat Around

2. *HDC 5, HDC 2TOG* Repeat Around

Tie Off

Weave in Ends

Thats it!
